About Our Tour
- Where do you pick up customers?
-
We have three customer pickup locations. The Airport area pickup location is a bus stop in front of the Travelodge Hotel, at the corner of Dixon Rd. and Carlingview Dr. Departures leave this stop at 7am.
Our pick up location on lower Yonge st. leaves the bus stop that is in front of the office building at 33 Yonge St. (Across form the Hockey Hall of Fame) at 7:30 am.
Our city center location is on the corner of Yonge Street and Dundas Street. The bus stop is in front of the Hard Rock Café opposite the Eaton Centre. Departures leave this stop at 8am.
We encourage all customers to contact us by phone, email or through our on-line reservation system to confirm seat availability and departure times for their specific tour day.
- Why are there only two pickup and drop-off locations?
-
Two stops actually works best for our passengers because they don't have to waste time sitting on the bus traveling from hotel to hotel.
We used to offer several pickup locations, but we found that the first passengers on the bus had to wait while we picked up other guests. People sometimes rode the bus for an hour before we left the city. They also had to wait to be dropped off at their hotel at the end of the day. The current pickup system is much more efficient.
- Why is your tour $60 while others cost more?
-
Our goal is to offer affordable, quality tours. By keeping our price low, more people choose us and we offset our lower prices with more customers.
- Does the $60 fee include taxes?
-
No. Right now, we charge $3 GST tax per person. In July, we will have to start charging the 13% HST tax.
- Do you have a seniors/students/child rate?
-
No, we have a flat rate of $60 per person. Children three years and under are free.
- Do you have a group/family rate?
-
If you have a group of 20 or more, please contact our office.
- Do your Niagara Falls tours run everyday?
-
We run a tour when we receive bookings for four or more people, including the winter season and holidays.
- What kind of vehicles do you use?
-
When we have 4 to 7 guests, we use a Cadillac limo. When we have more than 7 guests, we use a 33 or 49 passenger bus. Our vehicles are comfortable with air conditioning, large windows and forward-facing seats.
- Is there a cost difference between the bus and the limo?
-
No, the tour rate is $60 per person for the limo and bus. The choice of vehicle depends on how many people are attending the tour that day.
- How long does it take to get to the Falls?
-
After everyone is picked up, it takes about an 1 1/2 to 2 hours to drive from Toronto to Niagara Falls, depending on the traffic.
- What if the Maid of the Mist is not running on the day of our tour?
-
We will substitute the Skylon Tower observation level.
- What if I don't want to ride the Maid of the Mist?
-
We will substitute the Skylon Tower, or you can have the extra free time to explore on your own.
